Parts Specialist

The right applicant would be comfortable placing manufacturer orders and doing restocking/fulfillment of parts for the Pro Shop and Service department. Needs to be able to lift 50 lbs. Please note any previous related parts, sales, or boating experience.

 

Service Advisor

The right applicant will be comfortable communicating with customers, managers, and mechanics about maintenance, damage, repairs, parts, and cashiering. This is a full-time position with a rotation of weekend hours. Requires basic computer knowledge and will be comfortable with texting, email, and phone calls. Needs to be detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple work orders simultaneously. Needs to be able to lift 50 lbs and climb in and out of boats. Please note any previous related experience. Seasonal Transport Driver

Assist with getting boats from different lakes to our Richland location for winter storage. Prefer being comfortable driving with trailers. Must have valid driver's license.

Marine Technician/Mechanic

The ideal applicant would have previous experience in a similar environment and be motivated to join a team excited to make things happen for our customers! Full-time with benefits.

Boat Detailer 

Deep clean new, used, and customer boats to make them shine and look as good as possible! Buffing, waxing, wet sanding, power washing, and several different techniques will ensure the best possible outcome for our client base. Looking for a responsible, punctual, and accountable individual who is very detail-oriented and takes pride in their work. Experience is optional, we will help train.

 

Gel Coat & Fiberglass Repair

Boats get damaged, and we need you to help fix them! Looking for someone to come aboard our growing gel coat and fiberglass shop. Individuals must have an eye for detail, have patience, and be able to work in a body shop-type atmosphere. Color matching, working with fiberglass, resins, gel coat, sandpaper, and a buffing wheel will all be part of your daily work, so not being afraid to get down & dirty is a must! No experience is necessary, we will help train.
